This is our regular go to restaurant for Sunday lunch. The roast lunch is fantastic and the choice of deserts is amazing. Today my husband wanted to order the chocolate croissant desert again !! The service is always excellent! Hannah looked after us well today.n

Visited for a meal on boxing day. Slight wait for table after the time we booked but place was rammed. Great restaurant great surroundings wonderful service. Felt menu slightly limited but everything else really good. Will definitely be visiting again. Prices reasonable for venue.

Great hotel and restaurant. good selection of beers and nice menu with excellent specials at a fair price. love the seating near the car with giant booths for chatting with friends. friendly service and wait staff. very clean and well kept. will definitely return.

Three of us stayed here for three nights for a work related course. All of us found the hotel excellent. The staff were all brilliant. The food was fantastic! Especially the Thia green chicken curry. There is a selection of real ales and the plum porter was on point. The rooms are spacious and clean. All in all a fantastic experience. I may yet return for my own leisure as it would be well worth the hours drive!

Me and my wife had dinner here for the first time and I can honestly say it was excellent,the best meal I've had in a long time and friendly service. I would give it more stars if I could. Would definitely call here gain when passing

Charlotte from The Bears Paw organised a wedding breakfast for 22 of us for my son after his early wedding ceremony at Crewe registrar office. The breakfast and service was excellent and she made the occasion special. Thank you to the chef, the waitresses and in particular Charlotte.

I was there for Christmas lunch and it was excellent. Warm cosy atmosphere with traditional log fires. And Christmas decorations. Staff were very busy but still provided excellent service. The food was of a high standard and very enjoyable. The Bears paw is off the beaten track a bit, but it is well worth a visit. Lots of parking around the back of the pub. Highly recommended

Unfortunately the reason for the visit was to attend a family funeral. Our first impression was checking in, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant booking was sorted with no problem. The room was easy to find, following the directions from the receptionist, the room was very clean and welcoming. The evening meal and breakfast used high quality ingredients with the staff very helpful and attenive.

Amazing pub, amazing restaurant, amazing friendly staff. Amazing tasty food. Great atmosphere Good Parking 🅿️ Amazing Christmas dinner. Highly recommended and one of our top favourite restaurants.
